C. K. Masonry Co., Inc. rehabilitates leaky or structurally unsound manholes, wet wells, and related chambers, thereby eliminating inflow and infiltration (I and I) for our wastewater and stormwater management customers. We are certified and spray both cementitious and epoxy-based systems, pump chemical grouts (hydrophobic and hydrophilic), and apply chemical and mechanical chimney seals. Over the years, we have rehabilitated over 7,000 manholes, performed over 250,000 casting adjustments with brick and mortar and/or concrete doughnuts, and replaced over 4,000 castings with new OSHA standard and watertight castings.
