Masonry Co., Inc. rehabilitates structurally unsound and/or leaky large-diameter tunnels, thereby avoiding the possibility of a tunnel cave-in and eliminating inflow and infiltration (I and I) for our wastewater and stormwater management customers. We are certified to spray both cementitious and epoxy-based systems. We also use grout pumps to pump hydrophilic and hydrophobic grouts through the tunnel walls to stop leaks and chemically fill voids outside the structure.
