Johnnie M. Smith, long time employee of C. K. Masonry Co., Inc. passed away at the age of 89 last week after a 6-month battle with mouth cancer. He was a great man of faith, a man of integrity, and of honor. He was a great provider for his family and a mentor to Kurt Koehn. Kurt was 4 years old when he gave him his first baseball bat. He worked continuously for C. K. Masonry Co., Inc. since 1963. He is resting well and enjoying renewed vigor. He is visiting with his Lord and Savioir, Jesus Christ, his Father, and his family that has gone on before him. Johnnie is beyond happy right now. God is good. We love him dearly. He will be missed.
